Here is a simple, yet delicious and healthy cucumber salad you will want to make over and over again. With it’s fresh ingredients and easy homemade dressing, your taste buds and your body will be saying thank you.
½ Medium Red Onion
2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Not much by the way of instructions here, this salad basically takes about 5 minutes to make!
I love throwing it together before a dinner party and arriving with a fresh bowl of yumminess that everyone will love!
So, basically just chop up the cucumber, avocado, and onion.
Toss it all into a bowl along with the cherry tomatoes.
Mix the Lemon Juice and Olive Oil with your salt and pepper in a separated bowl and throw it in.
Toss it around a bit, and voila! Done!
This healthy cucumber salad can easily be doubled or tripled for larger parties!
